here ご (go) is used to make sentence polite.

伺い致します。
うかがいいたします。
Ukhagaitasimasu.
致します(いたします) is the polite form of します。

ご案内致します。
ごあんあいいたします。
Goannaiitasimasu.
I will guide/inquire you.

何サイズで宜しいですか。
なんサイズでよろしいですか。
Which size would you want?

Remember here Japanese pronounce for
